Resolved

Pantomath Engineers identified and resolved a temporary service disruption that occurred beginning early on 01/22/2026 and impacted monitoring event processing for a subset of customers.

The disruption was associated with an unexpected surge in inbound monitoring events, which led to processing delays. To restore normal operation, our team performed standard remediation steps to clear the processing backlog and return the system to a healthy state. Monitoring functionality has since returned to expected levels.

Additional safeguards have been implemented to improve system resilience during periods of elevated load and to reduce the likelihood of similar delays in the future.
