Pantomath has identified and remediated an issue that temporarily prevented new incidents from loading within Customer workspaces.
Root cause: The cause was identified at 4pm ET on July 17th as a database query involved with incident creation that was timing out, which prevented some incident records from populating in Customer Pantomath workspaces from July 10th - July 18th.
Resolution: Pantomath engineers optimized the offending query on July 18th at 3:22pm ET, and have built monitoring and alerting on this specific functionality to prevent future occurrences. While these incidents were not presented in the UI, Pantomath did continue to collect incident information and identified incidents that were not presented within Customer workspaces.
To prevent any additional related events or re-occurring incidents from being missed, Pantomath was required to take the additional step to perform a bulk closure action of these incidents. We have retained a record of these incidents for your review for any further action necessary.
